Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to report return requests. Approved returns must be sent back to us within 15 days with a tracking number. All returned items (defective or non-defective) must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, or altered in any way. In such cases, we will not process a refund.
For customized, cut-to-size, or consumable products, returns are not accepted.
Defective Products
Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to report defective items. We will review the issue and provide a refund or resolution based on the extent of the defect.
Non-defective Returns
If a product is non-defective but does not meet your expectations, you may also initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. In this case, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any related charges.
Return Process
1. Within 7 days after delivery, take clear photos of the item you wish to return, describe the issue, and send an email to support@cardarmotor.com. Please use the subject line: Return request: Order number of CARDAR Store.
2. Our customer service team will review your request and reply within 1–3 business days.
3. After your return is approved, we will provide the official return address. Please send the item back with a tracking number and share the number with us by email.
4. After verifying that the return tracking number is authentic and valid, we will issue store credit or refund to your original payment method.
